About the Congress

3rd East-European Pain Congress tends to become the biggest pain-related meeting in Eastern Europe.

It is organized by chapters of International Association for the Study of Pain (IASP) and European Pain Federation EFIC:

Implementing latest advances in pain management to Eastern countries of Europe

There is a big gap in what is available for patient care in well developed, in terms of pain management, and developing countries. The idea of Eastern European Pain Congress is to take all the latest advances, that are usual in developed countries and adopt it in realities of Eastern European countries.

Lectures of prominent world experts in the field of pain and communication with them will be the great motivation to make a big step forward towards better pain relief for patients who are in need of it.

Dear friends and colleagues, on behalf of the Ukrainian association for the study of pain (UASP) I am pleased to invite you to take part in 3rd East-European Pain Congress (EPC) that will take place in Kyiv city, capital Ukraine, on the 7-9th of June, 2018.

EPC will address different issues of chronic pain and multidisciplinary and multimodal approach to its management. Congress program will be clinically oriented and interesting for physicians of different specialties.

Kyiv is one of the oldest cities in Europe, with rich history, exquisite culture, delicious cuisine and numerous architectural treasuries, which are waiting to be discovered. You will have a chance to feel the spirit of Kyiv in June and open the city for yourself.

For those who take travel seriously, special post-congress boat tour is prepared. You will be able to observe the Kyiv city from the Dnipro river and have unforgettable time in the company of colleagues from different countries with wine and music.
