A name badge is required for attendance at all congress events, including the Welcome reception.
If a badge is lost or forgotten, an administrative fee of EUR 50 will be charged for the reprint of the badge at the Congress after identity verification (passport, driving license or other recognized identification documents). Confirmation/Invoice
After completing the online registration form, you will automatically receive confirmation of your registration by email. Payment Options
You may pay for Congress registration using any of the following methods:
- Secure online credit card payment (VISA, MasterCard).
- Bank transfer in Euros. Instructions and bank information will be emailed after completing the online registration form.

Cancellations received before Friday May 4, 2018 will be refunded less EUR 50 for administrative costs. After May 4, 2018, (23:59 CET) no refunds will be possible. Refund
Refunds will be made after the congress by bank transfer or credit card according to your pre-payment method. No refund will be given for registration cancellation received after May 4, 2018 (23:59 CET).
